Born in the year Italy won the world cup, Guiseppe started churning olive oil and stretching cheese when he was 4.
His cooking is understated, generoaus and full of detail. Fusing old-school methods with a contemporary approach, Guiseppe’s life story is strung together by food.
Serving big flavours with zero ego, his culinary quest took him through the kitchens of Europe and all the way to Australia.
