Definition:
The word \u201cenvision\u201d means to imagine or picture something in one\u2019s mind, especially as a future possibility or goal. It involves foreseeing or conceptualizing something before it becomes a reality.
The word “create” is to bring it into reality.
<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

The Founder\u2019s Journey:<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u201cEnvision and Create\u201d was born from a passion for craftsmanship and a desire to give tradespeople and businesses the recognition they truly deserve.<\/p>\n

Founder Jacinta Parker began her career in hairdressing, completing an apprenticeship through The Hair and Beauty Centre in Mullumbimby while attending Kingscliff TAFE and was honoured with the \u201cApprentice of the Year\u201d award for the North Coast and Far North Coast regions in 2004. Since then, she has run her own hairdressing business for the past 20 years.<\/p>\n

Her love for creativity, design and textures naturally evolved into wanting to showcase and promote the local talent we have in our area, where she worked alongside tradespeople and saw firsthand the artistry and dedication they bring. Witnessing how often their work went unrecognised inspired the creation of Trade Connect Northern Rivers – a platform built to elevate and connect skilled professionals while contributing in opening up career pathways for future generations.<\/p>\n

What began as a simple home styling idea – the words Envision & Create<\/strong> quickly took on a whole new meaning.
It became more than just a service – it became a vision for community connection<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Jacinta\u2019s dream expanded into a collective movement: a central hub where people are seen, valued, and heard. A space where regional voices are showcased, promoted<\/strong> and connected<\/strong> – building community-driven connections at its core.<\/p>\n

Today, Envision & Create<\/strong> is a useful platform that celebrates and connects regional communities across Australia<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Now an inclusive online directory, it\u2019s designed to promote local talent, services and industries, helping communities connect, grow and thrive.<\/p>\n
